So what's Subjoost?
Subjoost is a little widget that, on one hand, lets you see subtitles and,
on the other hand, allows anybody to create or edit subtitles for Joost shows.
How does it work?
Simply download the widget in Joost and enable it for choosing a subtitle. If you want to add or edit a subtitle you need a subjoost account (different from your Joost account).
How much it costs?
It's all free - Subjoost's purpose is to help develop the community of people who enjoy, share and contribute to a better Joost experience.
So I want to create a new subtitle, what do I do?
Given that you already have a Subjoost account, log in, select the show and start adding subtitles. Save after you're done. That's it!
The same process goes for correcting or translating an existing subtitle.
Yuck! Another account?
Yep - at least in a first phase it will help us control the quality of the subtitles. In the future, if all goes right, we intent to go in a wiki style or maybe integrate it with the Joost account.
How do we add a new language for subtitles?
For the moment you cannot - but send us an email we we will add it instantly for you. Soon we will make this feature available for everybody.
